Being independent is important to you! At Quaker Gardens there
is complete freedom to come and go as you wish. You enjoy privacy
when you want it; you may entertain guests for meals or overnight;
you may participate in the Gardens’ activities as they
interest you; you move into the community life at your own pace.

Quaker Gardens is one of the very few facilities that offers both options: Life Care or Month to
Month.
Life Care:
The Life Care program is an excellent and comprehensive plan
to safeguard the current and future needs for the independence
and supportive services for seniors.
Life Care provides a comprehensive continuum of care, including
assisted living, personal care, memory loss care, and skilled
nursing care. In a Life Care contract, no change is made in
the monthly fee based on level of care or service. The Life
Care program shall also include provisions to subsidize residents
who become financially unable to pay their monthly care fees.
Month to Month:
The Month to Month program provides access to all the levels
of care and services on a fee for service basis. No entry fee required.
The choice is yours: Life Care or Month
to Month.
