For those seeking an alternative to skilled nursing, Quaker Gardens Senior Living offers extended care. This program provides the highest level of assistance in a cozy, fully furnished, semi-private apartment, to those residents who meet the qualifying criteria.

Services Include:

Supported by RNs and LVNs 24/7
Three meals daily and snacks
Licensed Registered Dietitian available
All utilities including local phone calls
Weekly Housekeeping
Linen services as needed
Fully furnished rooms
Personal laundry
Assistance with getting to/from the dining room and activities
Assistance with monitoring and administering medications
Assistance with dressing
Assistance with personal hygiene and bathing
Incontinence Care
Observation of physical & mental condition
Lifeline for extra assurance of help when needed
On-site clinic staffed 24/7

This level of care is available through our popular Life Care plan, which safeguards all current and future needs. It is also available with a Month-to-Month program, on a fee for service basis and no entry fee required.
